Elsword Online is a fantastic side-scrolling anime MMORPG that has you hacking and slashing your way through hordes of enemies. Elsword really leans into its anime inspirations, and special attacks are all suitably over the top. Sometimes you even get a manga-style frame to the screen for some of your best attacks. This is a great one for anyone new to the genre as it isn’t as complex as some other games. The fast gameplay and cool style make it one of the best free-to-play anime games.
